Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number. Please check your 'Junk Folder' as our tracking confirmation emails like to hide in there!

When will my order arrive?
Aura Eve's post days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Express post within Australia can take between 1 and 3 business days, depending on where you live.

Refunds & Exchanges
We are happy to refund or exchange your purchase within 14 days should you not be entirely satisfied with your products.
Please ensure goods are:
- Unused/unworn, in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging
Please notify AURA EVE (hello@auraeve.com.au) should you request a refund or exchange within 5 days of the purchase date.
Please note: Sale items are non-refundable. Sale items can be returned for either an exchange or gift voucher valid for 12 months.
Warranty
All bootybuilding equipment comes with care instructions. We offer a 90 day replacement warranty on all items. Please contact us at hello@auraeve.com.au with your full name, order number and images of any faulty items.
